These operations are only carried out by authorized staff.

Use of cookies

We use “cookies” when you visit our sites. These are small text files which are stored on your computer. In order to provide you with the best possible service, we use both “permanent cookies” and “temporary cookies”.

The files stored in permanent cookies are intended to make your use of our websites as user-friendly as possible, even on future visits, and are used by us solely for this purpose.

If you do not wish to allow temporary cookies, you can disable them in your browser (details of this procedure can be found in the menu bar of your browser, under the “help” tab). If you disable temporary cookies, we cannot guarantee unrestricted use of all our services.

Data transfer security

The personal data you make available to us via the forms you send us is transmitted securely in encrypted form. The secure process used (SSL protocol, Secure Sockets Layer) is at the leading edge of technology.

All Trust To Achieve employees who have access to your data are obliged to comply with data protection regulations. Access to the system uses an authorization procedure. SSL encryption (identifiable by the abbreviation https:// in the browser address bar) is a protocol for encrypting data during transfer from the Internet server to the browser. This transfer offers a particularly high level of security. Your personal data is encrypted by the SSL protocol during transfer between your computer and our SSL server.

Liability for links

Trust To Achieve expressly declares that at the time of linking, no illegal content was discernible on the linked sites. Trust To Achieve has no influence whatsoever on the current or future design, content or authorship of the linked sites. Trust To Achieve therefore expressly disassociates itself from all contents of all linked pages that have been changed since the link was created. This applies to all links and references set up within the scope of our own Internet offering. In the event of illegal, erroneous or incomplete content, and in particular, in case of illegal or incomplete content, we hereby expressly dissociate ourselves from such content.

Google Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service provided by Google Inc. (“Google”), which enables us to tailor our Internet offerings to your needs. Trust To Achieve only receives evaluations of non-personal data.

Google Analytics uses “cookies”, which are text files placed on your computer, to help the website analyze how users use the site. The information generated by the cookie about your use of the website (including your IP address) will be transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States. IP address anonymization has been activated on this website, so that the user’s IP address is shortened beforehand by Google within the member states of the European Union or in other signatory states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the complete IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. Google will use this information at the request of the website operator in order to evaluate the use of the website by the user, to compile reports on website activities and to provide the website operator with further services in connection with the use of the website and the Internet. Google may also transfer this information to third parties where required to do so by law, or where such third parties process the information on Google’s behalf.

Google will not associate your IP address with any other data held by Google.

You can prevent the installation of cookies by setting your browser software accordingly. Please note, however, that in this case you may not be able to use the full functionality of this website. By using this website, you consent to the processing of data about you by Google in the manner and for the purposes set out above.

In addition, you can prevent the storage of data relating to your use of this website (including your IP address) obtained via cookies by Google and the processing of this data by Google by downloading and installing the browser plug-in available via the link http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=fr. Further information on the terms of use and data protection relating to Google Analytics can be found at the following addresses:

http://www.google.com/analytics/terms/fr.html and https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/6004245?hl=fr.

As it is not possible to use the add-on for smartphones, for example, you can also prevent your data from being recorded via Google Analytics by clicking on the following link. A deactivation cookie prevents your data from being saved the next time you visit this website: deactivate Google Analytics.

Google AdWords conversion tracking

This website uses the “Google AdWords” online advertising program, including conversion tracking. The conversion tracking cookie is activated when a user clicks on a Google ad. These cookies lose their validity after 30 days and are not used for personal identification. If the user visits certain pages of this website and the cookie has not yet expired, we and Google can see that the user has clicked on the ad and been redirected to that page. Each Google AdWords client is associated with a cookie. It is therefore not possible to track cookies across multiple AdWords client sites.

The information gathered using conversion cookies is used to compile conversion statistics for AdWords customers who have opted for this type of tracking.

Customers can see the total number of users who clicked on their ad and were redirected to a page with a conversion tracking tag. They do not, however, obtain any personally identifiable information. Users who do not wish to participate in tracking can easily deactivate the Google conversion tracking cookie via the user settings of their Internet browser. These users are then not included in the corresponding statistics. For more information on Google’s data protection policy, please visit http://www.google.fr/intl/fr/policies/privacy/.

Google reCAPTCHA

We use “Google reCAPTCHA” (hereinafter “reCAPTCHA”) on our websites. The provider is Google Inc, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA (« Google”). reCAPTCHA is intended to help verify whether data entered on our websites (e.g. in a contact form) by a human being or by an automated program. To this end, reCAPTCHA analyzes the behavior of website visitors by means of various characteristics. This analysis begins automatically, as soon as a visitor to a website accesses it. reCAPTCHA evaluates various types of information for analysis purposes (e.g. IP address, length of time a visitor spends on the website or mouse movements made by the user). The data collected during the analysis is transmitted to Google.

The reCAPTCHA analyses take place entirely in the background. Website visitors are not informed that an analysis is in progress.

The website operator has a legitimate interest in protecting these Internet offerings against abusive automated spying and SPAM.

Further information on Google’s reCAPTCHA and Google’s privacy policy can be found at https://www.google.com/intl/de/policies/privacy/ and https://www.google.com/recaptcha/intro/android.html.

Advertising

On this website, with the help of the following service providers

Google Inc, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, United States,

Facebook Incorporated, 1601 S. California Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA,

information on the browsing behavior of visitors to our web pages is collected and stored anonymously and/or under a pseudonym for marketing purposes and to continually improve our range of products and services. With the help of a “spy pixel” (web bug), page visitors can be identified technically, and without any personal data, enabling pseudonymized profiles to be created. The data is then stored on your computer in encrypted, compressed form using cookies. This cookie is accessible only to the visitor and the service provider.

Providers analyze browsing behavior and may then display targeted product recommendations in the form of personalized advertising banners on other websites. Under no circumstances can this data be used to personally identify visitors to this website. The data collected is used solely to improve our offering. No other use or transfer to third parties is permitted. The data targeted by the offer does not contain any personal information.

In addition, we may pass on data (personal or anonymous) about visitors to our website to service providers, so that they can identify them as such when they consult their own offers, and so that we can display our advertisements (service providers do not use the personal data we pass on to them for their own purposes; this transmission is intended solely to enable them to identify visitors to our website whom they already know).

Use of Facebook plug-ins

We have integrated plug-ins from the facebook.com social network (hereinafter referred to as “Facebook”) into our website. Facebook is a company of Facebook Inc, 1601 S. California Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94304, United States. A list of these Facebook modules and their appearance can be found at: https://developers.facebook.com/products/social-plugins/

Each time you visit a page on our website equipped with such a module, the latter orders the loading and display of the optical representation of the Facebook server module by the browser you are using.  If you have a Facebook account and are logged in to it during your visit to our website, Facebook recognizes the specific pages of our website that you visit thanks to the information sent by the plug-in and assigns this information to your personal Facebook user account. If you now activate one of the plug-ins, for example by clicking on the “Like” button or posting a comment, the information will be sent to your personal Facebook user account and stored there. In addition, information about your visit to our website is transmitted to Facebook, whether or not you have activated one of the plug-ins.

If you wish to prevent Facebook from transferring and storing data about you and your browsing behavior, you must log out of Facebook before visiting our website. To block the collection and transmission of data relating to your visits by Facebook plug-ins, you can download a “Facebook Blocker” browser add-on for some browsers. Do not remove the add-on until you wish to block Facebook plug-ins.

At the following address you will find details of Facebook’s data protection policy, with more detailed information on the collection and use of data by Facebook, your corresponding rights and the settings you can use to protect your privacy.
