Awareness & Perspective
Ignorance leads to fear…
Averroès
Trust To Achieve aims to raise awareness among companies through workshops, conferences, interactive activities and through its communication on social networks. It is essential to instill in as many people as possible the notion that, despite different working tools and methodologies, the work and the results obtained by visually impaired employees are conclusive and of equal quality to those of other employees, having put things in place for a successful integration.
Fear, linked to the ignorance of the handicap, is often the element which limits a good and complete collaboration between the parties. Focusing on apprehension does not allow us to see beyond the deficiency and to detect and highlight the potential.
By organizing personalized workshops dealing with themes specific to the needs of participants; by organizing events to raise awareness of visual impairment and tools to promote accessibility; the association undertakes to act in order to dispel any apprehension linked to vision impairment of a future employee by responding to the questions of the participants.
Business coaching
It is not because it is difficult that we do not dare, it is because we do not dare that it is difficult
The experience of our members and partners allows us to coach companies (managers, employees and teams) on how to work, interact and behave with a visually impaired person, as well as present the tools and services available to promote their integration.
These coaching sessions allow each company interested in its image and social impact to engage actively and effectively in the integration of visually impaired employees. By choosing to develop a strong policy regarding impairment, each company using the services of Trust To Achieve reinforces its commitment to its social responsibilities (CSR).
Mentoring of blind and visually impaired people
Everyone knew it was impossible, until a fool who didn’t know came along and did it.
Winston Churchill
No one will ever believe in you if you don’t believe it yourself. This confidence in oneself, in one’s abilities, in one’s worth, is often lacking in people with visual impairments. Whether it is before landing your first internship or getting your first job, it is not always easy to be convinced of your value and self-confidence, in a society which, most of the time, makes disability a negative characteristic.
It is easy to forget that, in the face of disability, VIPs have developed skills and strategies which are real sources of added value for companies.
In order to reconnect VIPs with their self-confidence, resources, talents and value, Trust To Achieve offers two types of support to VIPs, mentoring and coaching.
Mentorship
The association has mentors (entrepreneurs, athletes, etc.) at its disposal, many of whom are visually impaired or blind. Depending on the needs of the VIPs, these mentors can share their professional and personal knowledge with them, in order to inspire them and build their self-confidence. These mentorships take the form of regular exchanges, over a period of time depending on the needs of the VIP.

Connecting companies, blind or visually impaired people and existing organizations
Everyone’s diversity is everyone’s wealth
Julos Beaucarne
Lack of access to information is one of the reasons that explains the difficulty for visually impaired people of working age to find a job. Many organizations work to integrate the blind and visually impaired.
Trust To Achieve wishes to create a bridge between these companies, the VIPs and state bodies, associations or foundations active in the field, to facilitate access to information. By creating these links, the association will be able not only to give visibility to visually impaired or blind young people, to be able to put them in contact with companies according to the desires of some and the needs of others, but also to be able to ensure integration collaboration with institutions such as Disability Insurance, the Association for the Good of the Blind and Visually Impaired, the Foundation Asile des Blind, etc …
