T&S is a trading company in charge of all physical trading and shipping of crude oil and refined products on behalf of the TotalEnergies Company. It has been an active participant all over the supply chain as well as on the derivatives paper market in order to manage the market risk for a long time.

What you will do
The Trading business is fast-moving, dynamic and complex environment: it is necessary to understand the business and react quickly.
You will report to the Accounting Manager within the Trading & Shipping financial team.
Your main responsibilities will be the following:

• You will produce for one or several company of the perimeter the monthly and quarterly reportings as well as annual works related to social financial statements.
• You will follow the accounting and the payment of T&S invoices, you will carry out the follow-up on the provisions, the bank reconciliations, you will make online declarations and online payments with the tax organisms, you will participate in the production of consolidated and social financial statements.
• You will reconcile accounting result with management result for the company followed.
• You will produce various analysis reports.

Candidate profile

• You have a Degree in Finance or Accounting with a minimum of 3 years experience.
• You have good English and French verbal and writing skills
• You have strong analytical skills, a good team spirit, and a great ability to communicate.
• Details orientation, organization and rigour, are essential for this position.
• Good mastery of computer tools.
