Team Assistant (40%)

Due to the continuing increase in TTA activity the organization needs an assistant to work with the Board of Directors mainly involved with the functions of communication, fund raising and account bookkeeping.

The Assistant will report directly to the TTA Board Chairman but have constant contact with other TTA Board members where they are responsible for the task in hand.

The Assistant will be mainly involved with:

1.Responsible for the TTA Newsletter (content developed with help of board)

2. Assist the Board and future Fund Project Manager in their administrative tasks

3. Responsible to coordinate TTA Communications with our “Community Manager” (outsourced) which can involve: The TTA Website, Linkedin / Instagram / FB accounts

4. Participate in events & projects coordination
5. Assist the Board on bookkeeping accountancy.

The Assistant should be willing to work flexible hours as the tasks will certainly not be on a regular basis. The person must ideally be French-speaking and bilingual (at least able to communicate in English – written and spoken). German is a plus.

The Assistant will be able to work freely based location although office space will be provided when required.

The Assistant will be paid a fixed monthly salary but all social costs, assurance… will be for the account of the Assistant.
